We’ll choose the setting, wardrobe, timing, and meaningful details together. Your guide covers everything from coordinating outfits and preparing little ones to couples, maternity, newborn, and in-home session considerations.

The Session
I’ll guide you with simple prompts, specific direction, and plenty of room for real life. No one needs to perform or stay perfectly still. We’ll work with the people, personalities, and pace in front of us so the photographs feel relaxed and honest.

Portrait photography without the pressure.
How do we officially reserve our date?
Your session is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the 20% non-refundable retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due one week before the session.
How far in advance should we inquire?
Most portrait sessions are booked one to three months ahead. If you are expecting, reach out during your second trimester so we can hold the right window for maternity or newborn photographs.
Will you help with outfits?
Absolutely. Your Portrait Experience Guide explains what photographs well, and I’ll help you coordinate colors, layers, textures, and meaningful details without making everyone match.
What sessions belong under Portraits?
Couples and engagements, families, maternity, newborns, motherhood, and meaningful milestones all belong here. If you’re unsure, tell me what you’re imagining and I’ll guide you toward the right fit.
What if our children do not cooperate?
They do not need to sit still or perform for me. I’ll work with their energy, give your family room to move, and create photographs through connection rather than forcing a perfect pose.
Where do portrait sessions take place?
Sessions take place outdoors or in your home throughout Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas. We’ll choose a setting that fits your people and vision, and any travel or location fee will be confirmed before booking.
What happens if the weather changes?
We’ll watch the forecast together and make the call with enough time to adjust. If the weather will affect the experience, we’ll choose a new date or move indoors to your home when that fits the session.
When will we receive our photographs?
Your complete, carefully edited gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks. Rather than sending a small preview, I focus on delivering your full collection beautifully and promptly.
