Our engagement session gives us time to get comfortable together and create something personal before the wedding. As the day gets closer, I’ll help shape the photography timeline and use your questionnaire and final call to learn the people, traditions, and details that matter most.

The Wedding Day
I’ll arrive prepared and fully invested in the day - not only the shot list. I’ll fix the veil, gather the family, offer clear direction when you need it, keep things moving, and step back when the moment is already perfect. You get to celebrate; I’ll pay attention to everything.
Gallery + Heirlooms

Within 72 hours, a preview set lets you relive the celebration while it is still fresh. Your complete gallery arrives within 6–8 weeks, carefully edited and ready to download, share, and print. Fine-art albums and professional prints are available to order through your gallery.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE INQUIRE?
Most couples reach out 9–18 months before the wedding. If your date is set, it is never too early to ask about availability.
WILL YOU HELP WITH OUR TIMELINE?
Absolutely. I’ll help shape the photography timeline and work alongside your planner so the day feels supported - not ruled by photographs.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Absolutely. Engagement sessions are included with the Signature and Heirloom Collections and may be added to the Essentials Collection. Beyond giving you beautiful photographs of this season, it gives us time to connect, learn what feels natural to you, and make being photographed feel familiar before your wedding arrives. I’ll also help with location and outfit planning.
HOW DO WE OFFICIALLY RESERVE OUR DATE?
Your wedding date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and the 30% non-refundable booking retainer is paid. The remaining balance may be divided into manageable installments and is due in full 14 days before your wedding.
WHAT IF WE FEEL AWKWARD ON CAMERA?
You are in very good company. I’ll give clear, natural direction and keep you moving so nothing feels stiff or overly performed.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
Preview photographs arrive within 72 hours. Your complete, carefully edited wedding gallery is delivered within 6 weeks.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. I photograph celebrations throughout Tampa Bay, across Florida, and along the East Coast. Travel is quoted clearly before booking.
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS AND PRINTS?
Yes, they can be purchased as an addition to your package. I’ll help you choose photographs and create an heirloom album designed to be held, shared, and passed down.
